Set in the beautiful surrounding of native trees our historic homestead will be the venue for your one day course, where you will learn to cook with up to 8 other fellow students. A practical hands on course beginning in the morning with a tour of local farmers markets and fish markets. Then prepare and cook your fresh produce under guidance from our chef of 15 years experience, finish the day enjoying your meal with a bottle of internationally award winning local wine. The Course runs from 10am to 5pm every Saturday. Cost $200 NZD including a cookbook, all food and transport to and from local accommodation.
